Booking Policy

Confirming Appointments

When you commit to an appointment time, I hold that time for you in good faith, and trust that you have also held that time for me. To help you keep your appointment, I send a courtesy reminder via email 3 days prior and an SMS reminder 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.

Rescheduling Appointments

• Appointments rescheduled or cancelled 2 days prior to your appointment will incur loss of the 50% booking deposit, and another 50% deposit will be required to secure future bookings.
• Appointments rescheduled or cancelled the day prior to your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the total treatment cost.
• Appointments rescheduled or cancelled the day of your appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the total treatment cost.

Please note: Changes must be made before 5:00 PM on the day prior. Any changes received after 5:00 PM will be treated as received the following day and will fall under the appropriate cancellation fee.

For Monday appointments, changes must be made by 12:00 PM Saturday to avoid cancellation fees, as In Touch Beauty is closed Sundays.

These policies are in place to protect my business, my time, and my other clients. I will always send notification emails and text messages as a reminder, giving you sufficient time to modify or cancel your appointment without incurring any charges.

Booking Deposits

All appointments must be secured with a 50% deposit, payable at the time of booking.

No Shows

Failing to show up for your appointment will result in the full treatment cost being charged, and future appointments will require full prepayment.

Running Late

If you’re running late for your appointment, please notify me immediately by text on 0417 973 029.

Arrival Time

Please arrive on time to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service.

Consultation Forms

New clients are required to complete a New Client Consultation Form, which will be sent prior to your appointment. Please complete and submit this form at least 24 hours before your appointment time.

December Cancellations

• 2 days prior to appointment: 50% loss of treatment booked
• The day before appointment: 100% loss of treatment booked
• $50 to $500 or custom amount.

This Booking Policy can be amended at any time. Please note that In Touch Beauty maintains a strict booking policy, and exceptions cannot be made.
